Terowongan Kendal is also artistically designed, making it look very attractive. Many people who pass in this tunnel took time to take pictures. Yes, since last July, Terowongan Kendal is enhanced by the presence of Mural Persahabatan, which is a celebration of the 25th anniversary of the relationship between Jakarta and Berlin as Sister City. The murals were made by Darbotz from Jakarta and Snyder from Berlin.

Not only murals, at night, Terowongan Kendal is more beautiful with colorful lights. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government often holds events in this tunnel, such as Jakarta Berlin Festival which was held last November.

4. Kopi SSS
Kopi SSS is in a very strategic location, precisely in front of Bendungan Hilir MRT Station, and very close to Bendungan Hilir Transjakarta bus stop. From a distance, the Sampoerna's coffee shop building is already attracting our attention. As seen in the picture, the outside of the building is dominated by wooden material with wide and tall glass windows, in contrast to tall buildings around it.

At the top of the building, there are wooden sticks that are neatly lined up like sticking to wooden walls, arguably this is the hallmark of Kopi SSS. In the middle, there’s a Sampoerna Kayoe logo. Its unique and Instagenic design is certainly make people who pass by interested to take pictures in front of it.

Another uniqueness of this coffee shop near MRT station is that it is integrated with the sidewalk. Pedestrians can easily enter Kopi SSS. Even though it’s on Sampoerna Strategic Square land, visitors from outside don’t need to pass through gates, because this coffee shop is made alongside the sidewalk, but doesn’t take the sidewalk at all.
