Most of you may unaware that sitting for long periods of time, has a negative effect on our health. if you find yourself spend more than six hours a day sitting, even with light exercise, can lead to chronic pains, like back pain, high cholesterol, diabetes to heart attack. That is why, you should eat at least one of these foods to reduce those risks.

1. Avocado

This one obviously taste so good. According to researchers in United States, avocado rich in nutrients helps to reduce bad fat, you can even eat this fruit every day. Along with that, avocado helps reduce risk muscle degeneration caused by sit all day. While you are sitting all day, your flexibility decreases. You can eat avocado directly or mix with other superfood like honey, yogurt or lemon juice.

2. Nuts

Nuts is rich in omega-3 Alpha Lipoic Acid or ALA, natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory protects brain, help weight loss, decrease risk of cardiovascular and many more. Comparing with other nuts, walnut contains more ALA. While, almond is richer in antioxidant and vitamin E helps promote heart health and fight diseases like diabetes, oxidative damages. It is imbalance state between production of free radicals and the body ability to detoxify their harmful effects. It is causing ageing, cancer, heart disease and Alzheimer.

Eat 30 gram (160 – 200cal) nuts a day to reduce those chronic pains.

3. Garlic

Despite the strong smell and bitter taste, garlic has a great amount of health benefits. Irregular blood pleasure caused by various conditions, like sit down all day long in bad position. Allicin produced when garlic is crushed or chopped developed hydrogen sulphate in order to make blood flow more smooth. Along with that, garlic also helps prevent fatty in blood vessels blocking them and causing heart attack. It is highly recommended to eat at least a piece of garlic a day to reduce heart attack.

4. Pineapple

This popular tropical fruit is good for bone and health. Manganese supports bone health and helps prevent osteoporosis. Each time you sit down all day long in bad posture, muscle imbalances occur around areas of your back.  

That leads to weakening your muscles. Bromelain in pineapple helps to reduce muscle inflammation or joint pain. It is highly recommended at least a cup of pineapple a day to reduce muscle inflammation.

5. Berry

Rich in antioxidant, Berry also rich in anthocyanin, responsible for the colors in fruits and vegetables, includes berry. It is highly recommended to eat berry with dark color like, blueberry or blackberry which is contains higher anthocyanin.

Anthocyanin has health benefits effect on antiradical, anti-inflammatory also tight hips and a bad back when you sit down all day. Berry can be consumed directly or mix in other vegetables to make your salad more interesting.
