1. Hakata Ikkousha
Hakata Ikkousha is a ramen restaurant established since 40 years ago in Fukuoka, Japan. Hakata itself is a village known with its variety culinary and also one of popular restaurant in Fukuoka, Japan. Ikkousha’s ramen also become the most favorited ramen in Hakata.

In Indonesia, Hakata Ikkousha is one of Fukuoka Hakata official branches. Ikkousha Jakarta offers many taste choices adjusted to Indonesian ingredients and appetite. The restaurant in di Kemang Arcade dan Senayan City serves only ramen halal menu. One such menu is Ramen Ayam Tamtam. Ramen with lighter broth yet still rich with spicy chicken or tamtam topping for extra spicy flavor. 2. Seirock-Ya
Seirock-Ya was launched in Tsukuba City, Japan in 2009. Indonesia is the first country where Seirock-Ya opened their store overseas. The restaurant really want Indonesian (including Muslim) to eat real Japanese Ramen. That’s why they provide only no pork menu. They also don't provide any alcohol drinks.

The major menu is made from 100% chicken, and its taste is super rich. Moreover it's so popular with women in Japan because because it has a lot of collagen that is good for health and beauty.

Menya Musashi is brought by Arena Group, the same group with Hong Kong Cafe, Penang Bistro, Miyagi, Maison Tatsuya, and more. The ramen restaurant is located on Kota Kasablanka LG Floor.

For ramen, there are 3 options of broth White Broth (original), Red Broth (spicy), or Black Broth (garlic), and 3 options of toppings Chicken Teriyaki, Chicken Katsu, or Ebi Furai. As for portion, it’s available in Small or Regular. For every purchase of Regular ramen, you can get unlimited noodle refill.

All menu at Menya Musashi Indonesia contains no pork & no lard to suit the crowd. Even so, you will be surprised by how deep rich and bold the broth is. Well-known for its pork ramen, at Ippudo Central Park also served halal ramen menu.
