Every person has different endurance, it depends on lifestyle and food they consume every day. Specifically, during this rainy season, people should stay alert and need to increase stamina healthy and fit. So, here are easy and simple ways you can do every day to boost stamina which also help you build endurance without getting sick.
1. Get Plenty of Rest
This one is a must which turns to be easiest and simplest way to boost your stamina. At least, you need to sleep for 6 – 8 hours per day to help body produce more antibodies (immune) which can prevent any kind of diseases.
2. More Vitamin
Actually, not only during rainy season, but every single day your body need vitamin intake which help strengthen immune system. Your body need vitamin A, C, and E to fight harm diseases.
For example, vitamin A which can be easily found in broccoli, carrots, water spinach and sweet potatoes help strengthen the immune system. While vitamin C find in fresh fruits like pineapple, strawberries, mango, guava and kiwi help fight free radicals as well as eliminating toxins in whole body. Last but not least, vitamin E in spinach, avocados, and sunflower seeds help to keep cholesterol in moderate level.
No matter how busy you are, there is actually no reason to skip exercise even the light ones. You can start with light ones such as walking, 30 minutes per day. Besides being able to boost immune, exercise also helps you get a good rest at the night.
