Easy No Fail Brownies Recipe from Scratch

Craving for sweets? If you want to satisfy your taste buds with chocolatey, fudgy cake this recipe is perfect for you. Adapted from the RecipeTin Eats page, you can try these easy, no-fail brownies that will always be your favorite dessert with simple ingredients.
  • 200 grams unsalted butter
  • 200 grams dark chocolate chips
  • 175 grams of brown sugar
  • 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 75 grams of flour
  • 30 grams of cocoa powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to taste
  • 180 grams of block dark chocolate (optional)
  1. preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Spread little oil on the baking pan then put a baking sheet above it.
  3. Cook unsalted butter and chocolate chips until melt using the microwave for a minute and 30 seconds or place a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Bring about an inch of water to a simmer in your saucepan. Once chocolate and butter are looking almost melted, stir it until completely smooth.
  4. Add sugar and vanilla extract, stir well. Add eggs, stir well.
  5. Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt, stir all ingredients until completely smooth. Add chopped chocolate block. Put the dough into the baking pan.
  6. Bake for 24 minutes to achieve ooey-gooey texture or 28 minutes to achieve fudgy texture.
  7. Let it sit for 10 minutes before removing from the baking pan and another 20 minutes before you cut the brownies. This sweet snack lasts for four days in an airtight container or three months in the freezer. Happy baking!
