There’s a good news for those of you who are currently looking for job. The reason is, launching Detik.com, currently at least 44% of companies are opening online recruitment. Meanwhile, according to job search site Kalibrr, there will be a need for manpower and recruitment to catch up with the vacancies that have been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
To address the company's need for employees in the midst of a pandemic like today, Kalibrr Indonesia is holding a job fair that will be held virtually. Kalibrr Virtual Career Week will last for five days, starting from 26 to 30 August 2020. The virtual career week will bring together job seekers and business people through the transition to the new normal.
The online job fair is open to the public and free. Like most job fairs, Kalibrr Virtual Career Week collaborates with more than 20 companies from various sectors.
Apart from opening job vacancies, participated companies will also present their companies to prospective applicants, much like offline job fair. In this session, candidates have the opportunity to interact directly with recruiters about tips and work environment at the target company. The face-to-face online session can be followed by each candidate who registers.
During Kalibrr Virtual Career Week, participated candidates can also consult directly with career experts about making a good CV, through a CV Coaching Consultation session. The session aims to help candidates develop their profile and meet the requirements of the company they are applying for.
The job fair will be held online through Kalibrr Indonesia platform. During the event, collaborated companies will carry out recruitment process such as CV screening stage and job offers.
