Fruits play a key role in ensuring the nutritional needs of children. Therefore, consuming fresh fruits during the COVID-19 outbreak is crucial for health particularly support immune system to fight viruses. How about kids don’t like fruits? You can try this simple recipe of fresh fruit soup with savory cheese to trick your kids to eat fruits.
 
Ingredients:
100 grams of apples
100 grams of mango
100 grams of dragon fruit
100 grams of melon
100 grams of strawberries
100 grams of Natadecoco
100 ml sweetened condensed milk (white)
100 grams cheddar cheese (grated)
Ice cubes or shaved ice to taste
 
Steps:
1. Cut all fresh fruits desired shape and size and set aside.
2. Prepare a serving bowl or glass. Put all chopped fruits and Natadecoco into a serving bowl or glass.
3. Pour sweetened condensed milk, stir near the surface until well blended and keep the fruits in shape.
4. Add ice cubes or shaved ice.
5. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese, making sure the top is fully covered.
