Fasting is not a reason to skip your daily exercise. While most people think that doing exercise during fasting make your body lose its energy, in fact some light exercise like running keep your body in prime condition.
You can join this community to run with other running enthusiasts. Jakarta Berlari is not only a ‘home’ for running enthusiasts, but also an organization with great mission to engage other people to do a healthy lifestyle with simple ways like running.
This community has two main programs, running every Sunday morning at 6 am and running every Tuesday night (LSM) at 6:45 pm. In other words, you can choose to run either after sahoor (before dawn) or after breaking the fast.
