It’s Time for Mango Panna Cotta during Mango Season

Ingredients:
300 grams Mangga Arumanis or Harum Manis (peeled and puree)
1 pack plain jelly powder
250 ml mango juice
100 grams sugar
 
Panna cotta:
400 ml plain milk
250 ml heavy cream
1 pack plain jelly powder
100 grams sugar
 
Steps:
1. Mango: mix a pack of plain jelly powder, sugar, and mango juice, cook over low heat, stir until mixture is smooth and bubbly.

2. Add mango puree, keep stirring it occasionally until bubbling.
3. Pour the mixture into pudding glass with circular motion make it looks more tempting, leaving them in the refrigerator.
4. Panna cotta: mix milk and plain jelly powder, stir well. Add sugar, cook over low heat, keep stirring until bubbly.
5. Turn off the heat, add heavy cream, stir, boil over low heat, keep stirring it continuously to prevent mixture sticking to the bottom of the pan.
6. Take pudding glass from refrigerator, fill up with panna cotta mixture.
7. Put it back to the refrigerator until cools off and has a solid texture. Mango Panna Cotta is ready.
