Well, besides Konro, a bowl of warm Coto Makassar (kind of beef soup made of ground peanuts stew) can also pamper your taste buds. A bowl of Coto Makassar consists of beef with its innards. This kind of soup has a thick sauce made of ground peanuts perfect to be enjoyed with buras (made of rice and coconut milk).
