Bakso Biasa (meatballs), Bakso Urat (mix of beef and beef vein meatballs), Bakso Isi Daging (meat chunks wrapped in meat paste), Bakso Puyuh (quail eggs wrapped meat paste) and most recommended dish, Bakso Tenis Rusuk, all you can eat under Rp60.000 per bowl.

Bakso Tenis Rusuk consists of 3 small meatballs, 4 ribs and 1 fried dumpling you can enjoy with additional topping, such as noodle, rice noodle or plain, topped with fried onions and leeks, it will be pamper your taste buds and perfect for lunch or dinner.

Bakso Rusuk Samanhudi has two branches, Pasar Baru and Tanjung Duren. They offer complete menu, such as Bakso Urat (mix of beef and beef vein meatballs), Bakso Telor (hard boiled chicken egg wrapped meat paste), Bakso Mercon (spicy meatballs), Bakso Rudal (spicy meatballs), Bakso Goreng (fried meatballs), Mie Ayam (chicken noodle), Kwetiau Ayam (fried flat rice noodle with chicken chunks), Bihun Ayam (rice vermicelli with chicken chunks) and Indomie (Indonesian instant noodle) with very affordable prices, start from Rp9.000 to Rp50.000 per portion.

It has thick, chewy texture of meatballs perfectly blend with savory broth that has a beef-y, garlic-y and pepper-y taste. It way more delicious with additional topping, like rice noodle, glass noodle, noodle, bean sprouts and mustard green. Beef ribs becomes their star, with soft, tender meat and fat. Do not be surprise if you see the shortest menu while visiting this meatball stall. There is only meatballs with or without rice noodles on their menu. There is no Bakso Urat (mix of beef and beef vein meatballs), Bakso Telor (hard boiled chicken egg wrapped meat paste) and other meatballs. What makes this stall popular? A bowl of Bakso Mas Kumis consists of 5 meatballs coupled with rice noodles and tetelan, for Rp28.000. The texture tender yet chewy, just like melting in your mouth right after you bite those meatballs. Another secret is they only use 100% beef for main ingredients, it also applies for the broth, perfection.
