6 tbsp milk
Ovomaltine Crunchy Cream to taste
Margarine to taste
Steps: 1. Flatted bread with rolling pin. 2. In a (medium) bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. 3. Spread Ovomaltine Crunchy Cream on each slice of bread. Roll them up. Adding a little liquid (mixture eggs and milk) to hold the filling. 4. Dip all rolled bread into the liquid (mixture eggs and milk). 5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, melt margarine, and fry all bread. 6. Cook until golden brown on the both sides. 7. Enhance the flavour with granulated sugar and cinnamon powder before served.
