Swift is a platform-as-a-service (PAAS) that handles three essential components for its users, including software, technology infrastructure, and website personalization. In addition, this service is also a one-for-all platform, which makes it easier for businesses to carry out online shopping activities, offers better shopping experience for customers, and provides complete sales features that have been integrated with third parties.
This platform can accelerate the development of digital omnichannel business for each brand. Within four weeks, brands can run their e-commerce platform with the support of more than 20 payment methods and 30 logistics partners ready to use.
Swift integrates various elements in the retail business ecosystem. For example, through the customer loyalty feature, brands can reward customers consistently, wherever customers make purchase. The client's online and offline sales systems are also connected seamlessly, one of which is POS (Point of Sales) feature and integrated membership, in order to increase satisfaction of the shopping experience for customers.
