The Introvert Personality Types According to MBTI

Have you ever heard about MBTI test? The Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) test is self-report questionnaire indicationg differing psychological preferences in how people perceive the world. In short, this test is one of the most well-known tools for mapping employee personalities to determine proper job.
 
Most of us think, there is only two personalities, introvert and extrovert. Hence MBTI test revealed more different, unique personalities match with careers and leadership positions. MBTI is an adaption of the theory Psychological Types produces by Carl Gustav Jung.
 
Jung attempts to categorize people in terms of their primary modes of psychological functioning, sensation, intuition, feeling and thought to live their lives. MBTI combine more than one style to give standpoint, understanding of their personalities which are ISTJ, ISFJ, INFJ, INTJ, ISTP, ISFP, INFP, INTP, ESTP, ESFP, ENFP, ENTP, ESTJ, ESFJ, ENFJ, and ENTJ. Eight of them are introvert type of personality as listed down below.  

1. ISTJ
Have a very good focus and faithful to follow the rules with no flexibility. In other words, they have clear goals when working and know what they need to achieve.

2. ISFJ
Tend to look quiet, this one a very good observer. Throughness as crucial component to create orderly environment both at home and work. Besides, they are willing to protect their loved ones because they pay attention to their emotions and feelings.

3. INFJ
They have a strong private sense for other feelings, idealistic, strong determination and tireless to make endless efforts to realize their big dreams.

4. INTJ
Others may find this type of personalities hard to approach. They sense of knowing may be diffucult to articulate, but they are very logic and creative.

5. ISTP
Very independent, approachable, and make new friends easily. They are very interested in how things work.

6. ISFP
Curiosity pushes them to explore and try new things to show their feelings in acts of kindness to others rather than in direct statements. Lana del Rey, Frida Kahloo, and the late Michael Jackson are ISFP people. It’s no surprise, they works inspired people.

7. INFP
Another true idealist who aspires people to make this world a better and worth place. They live based on principles and skills they already have. They also tend to use a lot of metaphors to describe object or action in a way. William Shakespeare is one of INFP.

8. INTP
They are very creative. Tend to think differently, unconventionally, or from a new perspective. Their silence spoke ideas to solve peculiar problems.
