Stick to a healthy diet to satisfy your hunger as well as keep the weight off is not easy. As we rounded up from, this simple Shirataki Martabak (folded omelet pancake with shirataki and bits of vegetable) ensure to help you lose weight, keep hunger at bay, and even give more energy.
1 1/5 pack Shirataki noodles (250 grams/pack)
4 eggs
1 carrot (chopped)
1 spring onion (chopped)
Chicken broth to taste
Salt to taste
Red chili to taste (finely sliced)
Olive oil
1. Rinse Shirataki noodles, drop noodles into boiling water, and cook for 2 – 3 minutes. Drain the noodles, stir around to dry as much as possible.

2. Mix the eggs with chopped carrot and spring onion, add chicken broth, salt, and red chili to taste. You can either use chili powder, curly red chili or birds eye chili, stir well.
3. In the same bowl, add the noodles.
4. Add olive oil over the non-sticky pan, cook the noodles over medium high heat until brown and crispy on both sides. You can slowly flip martabak over again to ensure both sides are cooked.
5. Remove martabak from the pan, slice, and serve!
